SIRIUS Satellite Radio is the world's largest provider of satellite radio content. From the beginning Sirius has offered Sirius Out Q as part of their talk and entertainment programming. 24/7/365 lgbtq focused programming. Shows of particular to interest to lesbians include The Frank DeCaro Show featuring Daria Biddle, Derek & Romaine and Michelangelo Signorile. Sirius has acquired competitior XM and now offers many XM channels as well. In late 2009 Rosie O'Donnell is expected to join the line-up on Sirius XM Stars channel 155 for a daily two hour talk and variety show.

Sirius also offers music for any conceivable taste and multiple channels of news and sports, three political talk channels, four comedy channels and numerous regional weather and traffic channels.

Sirius subscribers also get the bonus of listening to Sirius Satellite Radio on their computers via a streaming media player or via iPod or iPhone apps. Sirius subscriptions start at about $7.95 USD per month for ala carte offerings. A Sirius Radio receiver is required and can be purchased at most home electronics stores or through Sirius.
